Q1: How do I place an order?
Placing an order online with us is as easy as just a few clicks away. The Checkout process is simple, fast and 100% secure.You can pay through Paypal and all the major credit cards. 
Q2: Is my ordering with you SECURE?
Yes! Your ordering with us is 100% secure. Your online payment is done through highest level of encryption technology. You are well protected by our binding Privacy Policy and Terms of Services.
Q3: Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours for FREE or a full refund. Beyond 24 hours, certain processing fee may be required. please contact us about your request as soon as possible, we will try to make it as hassle-free as possible for you.
Q4: Do you accept custom orders?
We accept custom orders on a case-to-case basis with minimum amount of fee. Please contact us with information on your specific custom request, our helpful support staff will work with you for the best solution.
Q5: Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not accept COD.
Q1: How much do I have to pay for shipping & handling cost?

Currently, we are offering FREE Shipping (Standard S&H) for US destination delivery only. For International delivery,  a low flat Standard S&H fee of no more than $5 is usually charged depending on delivery desitnation unless the order meets certain promotional condition (such as a coupon) or total order value exceeds certain amount ($100 currently).

If you are in a hurry to get this item, Priority S& H (Express Processing) is also available with an extra fee.

Q2: How soon can you ship my order?

We know a quick delivery is important to you and we are doing our best to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible!

In general, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order and get it dispatched. You will get an email notification about shipment of your order.

Q3: Do I get a shipment tracking number on my order 

Yes we will email you updated shipment tracking number once it's available. You will know whereabout of your order on its way to you.

Q4: How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Usually it takes about 6-14 days for your order to arrive depending on your delivery destination. 
Q5: Why hasn't my order arrived as expected?
Occasionally,  shipping delay may occur due to unexpected logistic jam with the carriers especially during holiday seasons or under natural disaster situation (such as the Pandemic). 
Rest assured, your order, once confirmed with a shipment tracking number, is guaranteed to be delivered. Or you get your full money back. 
Q6: What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide, mostly to US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. 
Q1: How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major payment methods such as Paypal and all major credit cards. You can choose whichever option that works for you during the checkout process.

Q3: What currency do you accept?
You will see product pricing listed in your local currency. However, all transaction will be converted to USD per official currency exchange rate at the time of purchase made.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
Our terms of payment are net 30 days, unless otherwise specified. 
Q1: Do you accept Return or Exchange?

Yes of course. We stand behind the products we deliver and offer 30-day Money Back Total Satisfaction guarantee.

Q2: What is the condition for Return/Exchange?

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in reasonably intact condition to that when you receive it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to show the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement. We are unable to accept returns on incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer's misuse. Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items that have been delivered incorrectly. 

Q3: What should I do if  I ordered the wrong product?
We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from us for both the returned product and the new replacement product.
Q4: What is the valid period for a Return/Exchange?
Orders delivered beyond 30 days will not be accepted for Return/Exchange unless certain exemption applied.
Q5: Is the Return/Exchange free?
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product unless item is received defective.
